RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of the nature
of these items unless the item you purchased is damaged or defective. If you
receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the
defect. I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
§
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
§
Digital downloads
§
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine
it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you
are entitled to a refund or a replacement.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the
buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of
delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.
The seller may take additional time to pack and dispatch the
item - this time is indicated by the message "Usually dispatched into
days." This time is added to the shipping speed you choose.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping
costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be
deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
Online purchases are eligible for online store credit or an
exchange.
Any queries related to deliveries should be addressed to the
support team within 24 hrs. of the product received by the customer.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
You can cancel your order before the product has been
shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of online payment.
Cancellation charge Rs. 100 will be charged after the order
is completed/shipped.
MODE OF
REFUND
For both canceled orders and returned products (due to the
defective product delivered), the refund amount will be credited into the same
account (online banking credit card, debit card) that was used to make the
purchase.
